Baa Ram Ewe - Pip Colourwork Dalby

Pip Colourwork ist das neuste Garn von Baa Ram Ewe und perfekt geeignet für Fair Isle und mehrfarbige Projekte. Auch einfarbene Strickstücke sehen sehr schön aus damit und durch die hohe Lauflänge kann man wunderbar luftige Kleidungsstücke herstellen die eine sehr hohe Strapazierfähigkeit aufweisen. Die Mischung aus verschiedenen britischen Wollsorten ist in 25gr Knäueln erhältlich und ist weich und rustikal gleichzeitig. Auch das Steeken ist problemlos möglich mit diesem Garn.
 
Die Herstellung erfolgt regional und unterstützt die englische Wollproduktion, die früher einmal ganz Yorkshire geprägt hat. Hier kann man mehr darüber lesen.

Baa Ram Ewe Pip Colourwork is spun to a standard 4 ply weight yarn and is available in convenient 25g skeins of 126 yards/ 116m , making it perfect for all of your colourwork and Fair Isle projects. The yarn is soft and squishy with just enough rustic texture to make it slightly "sticky". Pip is the fifth yarn from baa ram ewe and the name Pip comes from the traditional Swaledale ‘Yan Tan Thethera’ method of sheep counting: Yan (one), Tan (Two), Tether (Three), Mether (Four) and Pip (Five). !
