Making Stories: Woods
WOODS is a new knitting book created by the Berlin-based knitwear publishing company Making Stories, fueled by their desire to share their passion for sustainable, natural European yarns and modern minimalistic knitwear design.
WOODS includes 11 patterns by new and established designers from all over the world, a designer and yarn company profile for every design, long form tutorials as well as articles by and interviews with leading voices from the knitting industry such as Karen Templer, Clare Devine, Megan Elizabeth and Francoise Danoy.
WOODS contains designs by Becky Sørensen, Claire Walls, Ida Thue Nielsen, Jenn Steingass, Jessica Gore, Linda Dubec, Nele Druyts, Orlane Sucche, Rhiannon Owens, Ruth Werwai and Verena Cohrs.
The yarns used in WOODS are by Black Isle Yarns, Blacker Yarns, De Rerum Natura, Hey Mama Wolf, Isle Yarns, Lana Rara, Moel View Yarn, Ovis Et Cetera, Sherwood Yarn, South Downs Yarn and Tukuwool.
